Rehabilitation - inmate steals van three minutes after release

Crime Does Pay - rapist wins legal aid to study what made him commit crime

Good Cop, Bad Cop - officer tasers partner during argument over soft drink

The sun is shining! (see Web cam) It is a beautiful day, and the weatherman predicts this weather will last through the weekend. Can you say, grilling weather?

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is in a private meeting in Sacramento this morning, hearing final testimony from both sides in the clemency hearing for Crips gang co-founder Stanley Tookie Williams, who killed four people 26 years ago.

Williams is scheduled to die December 13, but with clemency he would spend life in prison without parole instead.

Schwarzenegger's decision will be announced shortly. I believe he will deny clemency. I believe he should deny clemency.
