Last evening, I made Garlic Chicken Linguine--one of Laura's favorites. It is particularly simple to produce and is uncommonly scrumptious. I simply shred leftover grilled chicken, add to a skillet containing a vast quantity of minced garlic, La Conda Ranch extra-virgin olive oil, and two Cayenne peppers, toss in cooked linguine, and sauté for 5 minutes on medium-low heat. At the table, a liberal sprinkling of crushed red peppers and grated Parmesan cheese complete the dish.
