HP Officejet Pro X551dw Wireless Color Inkjet Printer - For several months, the printer on our home LAN has needed new ink cartridges. I determined it would be more judicious to replace the printer. It was an antiquated HP unit that was under $40.00 new, and replacing the cartridges would cost more than this. In the News - They walk among us! Enjoy - Relax and enjoy these images and videos!
I decided it was time to replace the HP 1525n Color Laserjet Printer at my storefront office and move it to our home office.
Following research, I determined the printer I wanted was the HP Officejet Pro X551dw Wireless Color Inkjet Printer. The specifications are incredible, and I was eager to move from laserjet technology to the new inkjet technology.
The new printer arrived Wednesday. I quickly set it up and connected it to my WLAN. The printer is astounding! It boasts a paper tray capacity of 500 sheets and a print speed of up to 70 ppm. It produces professional-quality color prints at less than half the cost of laserjet printers, and does so in less than half the time!

Rain, In the News, and Enjoy
Rain - Rain fell here yesterday! We have had no significant rain since the first week of December! In the News - They walk among us! Enjoy - Relax and enjoy these images and videos!
Unfortunately, it is dry today and there is but a 40% chance of rain. For tomorrow through next weekend, there is no rain in sight!
I am not a cold-weather person, and I have been enjoying the 60s and 70s weather. We desperately need rain, however!
The local rivers, streams, and lakes are seriously in need of water!
Traditionally, this area is a lush recreational wonderland that offers excellent boating, swimming, fishing, and other water-based diversions. There is precious little water remaining in these places now, and the tourismalong with farmers and ranchers, of courseare suffering greatly from the water shortage!

Sudoku is the most recent puzzle craze.
Puzzles are a favorite pastime of millions of people. There are numerous reasons for the popularity of puzzles: For many, doing puzzles is simply entertaining. Some people enjoy the challenge of completing puzzles and moving to more complex and difficult puzzles. For others, it is a way to kill time and eliminate boredom. Others still, do puzzles to keep their mind sharp, or to learn new words.
Whatever the cause for your interest, spend National Puzzle Day doing puzzles.
I am a crossword puzzle aficionado. I complete a minimum of three crossword puzzles each day. I print the puzzles from USA Today, LA Times, and The Toronto Star. While the puzzles may be worked online, I prefer working with pen and a printed puzzle. I generally print a puzzle on both sides of a sheet.
I complete the puzzle and pass it to Laura. She enjoys having the solution on the reverse sidejust in case she gets stuck. She rarely needs to turn the page, however, since she is a bright and intuitive puzzlemeister.

The Big Kiss - Hershey's Kisses is a brand of chocolate manufactured by The Hershey Company. Hershey's Kisses chocolates are wrapped in squares of lightweight aluminum foil with a narrow strip of paper protruding from the top. In the News - They walk among us! When Laura told me, "Close your eyes and hold out your hand." I knew she had a gift for me. Imagine my surprise when I opened mine eyes and gazed in wonder upon The Big Kiss!
The Big Kiss was HUGE! It was over two inches in diameter at the base and over two inches tall!
It was beautiful and called out to me. I found it necessary to photograph it quickly, since within a very brief span of time, a large section of it found its way into my mouthfollowed soon after by more bites of the delicious creature.
Soon, it was gone. Burp! Thank you, Laura!
