Weekend Food
The weather was relatively cool and a bit windy over the weekend. Although summer officially began yesterday, it was not typical summer weather for this area.
Saturday morning, I made a frittata with diced red potatoes, sliced bacon, sliced Jalapeños, sliced white onion, baby spinach, sliced white mushrooms, whole garlic cloves, Nulaid egg substitute, sea salt, Pappy's Seasoning, ground black pepper, and crushed red pepper. It was excellent. A quantity remains for our delight this evening following prayer night at Harvest Christian Center.

Saturday evening, I made garlic-ginger prawns with fettuccine. It was delicious. None remained following our gluttonous foraging.
