Yesterday was a liquids day on the food calendar we are following for The Lord's Table. I had hot tea, V-8 Juice, water, and beef bouillon. I am surprised by how agreeable my system is to ingesting only liquids. Today is a half day—meaning we are to eat half what we would otherwise eat. I had a small bowl of Special K with non-fat milk for breakfast. I shall have tea and spring water throughout the day. We shall have leftovers from Monday's spaghetti with Italian sausage and marinara sauce for dinner. The program is working well, I am learning a good deal, and I am very enthusiastic about the lessons. The program may be taken online at no charge. I recommend it highly.
