The sun is shining, the sky is blue, and the birds are singing! It appears that the storm forecast by the weatherpeople has not materialized. New forecasts are for sunshine and temperatures in the high 70s through the weekend.

I sautéed some large Pacific cod fillets for dinner last evening. What a delicious fish this is. We also had pasta salad with shrimp, red bell pepper, Jalapeño peppers, hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, kidney beans, extra-virgin olive oil, and rice wine vinegar.
