What If Cats and Dogs Had Opposable Thumbs Day - Today is What If Cats and Dogs Had Opposable Thumbs Day!

We are grateful today that God did not allow cats and dogs to have thumbs. Imagine the cat, able to operate the can opener! Imagine the dog, able to open the refrigerator door!

BLTs - Friday evening, Laura made some wonderful BLTs: She toasted sourdough bread and cooked a quantity of thick-sliced applewood bacon. She applied mayonnaise and wasabi to the toasted bread and layered bacon, heart of Romaine, cluster tomato, red onion, and avocado.



The BLTs were delicious!

Crispy oven fries accompanied the BLTs.
