COLD! This morning is the coldest that it has been here in Corning since December 21, 1939! It was 24° during the night, and the temperature had increased to a mere 27° when I arrived at my office at 7:30 AM! Yikes! Interestingly, it is so dry that there was no ice on Mr. Nitro's windshield! Were there to be rain at these temperatures, certainly we would have snowsomething that is experienced here very rarely;. The last snow here was ten years ago.
