Sunday Grill
Sunday, I grilled beef and vegetable kabobs. I cubed, cut, and marinated beef bottom round, red bell pepper, mushrooms, zebra squash, and white onions in extra-virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Almaden Merlot, Pappy's seasoning, granulated garlic, ground black pepper, crushed red pepper, and ground cumin. Laura skewered these items, following a 4-hour marinade, and I grilled them until the meat and vegetables were slightly charred. We enjoyed this meal with an especially nice Clos du Bois Cabernet Savignon. It was a delightful meal.

HDR Images

Here are some HDR images I created from photographs taken at the HCC Fellowship Barbecue and Softball and Corning Homecoming. These images were created from Nikon NEF raw files using Photomatix 3.2.6. Because of my work as photographer and webmaster for Harvest Christian Center, I was issued a free license for Photomatix. This is an excellent product, and I highly recommend it. You can try this product free by downloading a no-time-limit (a watermark is placed on saved images) copy of Photomatix by going to the Photomatix Web site. Click images to enlarge.
