It was 83 degrees in my office when I arrived at 7:15 AM this morning—prompting me to engage the air conditioning. It appears today will be very warm indeed. There is a fierce wind blowing, unfortunately. I loathe the wind. With the intense heat and the fierce wind, the outdoors will be like a blast furnace today. I shall not spend much time outside today.
