The Weather: Saturday, the weather turned most foul indeed! Suddenly, without warning, lightning began to flash, thunder began to roar, and torrents of rain fell! It was certainly not the "slight possibility of rain" forecast by the weatherpeople! My brother came to dinner. Grilling was not an option! We had two DiGiorno Ultimate Supreme pizzas.

Sunday, the weather was beautiful! My brother came to dinner again, and we had grilled cheeseburgers and Fridays onion rings. We watched "Johnny Cash's America"—recorded a week prior on the DVR from the Biography Channel. It was easily the best biography I have ever seen produced by the Biography Channel. I remarked this, and Laura agreed. I highly recommend this to all.

Tomorrow morning at 11 AM, the Veterans Day parade will take place. The forecast is for cool (61°) but dry weather. Today is forecast to be 65° and clear. The wind that plagued us greatly Friday is, thankfully, not in residence today. Hopefully, the wind will not reappear soon.
