Warm Weather! The weather forecasts for this week are excellent. The weather has been warm and dry, and this is predicted to continue. Today is forecast to be 70 degrees, and it is expected that temperatures will reach 78 degrees on Thursday. I am wearing shorts for the first time this year in celebration of the weather.

Yesterday was a fast day on our food calendar. The 24-hour fast ended at 7 PM. For dinner, we had a salad of baby spinach leaves, sliced (previously grilled) chicken breast, sliced red onion, asparagus (previously grilled), sliced avocado, sliced celery, sliced white mushrooms, and cubed Roma tomatoes. I made a dressing using extra-virgin olive oil, rice wine vinegar, Tony Chachere's More Spice, lime juice, and wasabi paste. It was a delicious meal.

We watched "Disturbia" again and thoroughly enjoyed it. "Disturbia" and "Cars" begin their journey back to Netflix today. New Blu-ray DVDs shall arrive in time for weekend viewing.
