Warm Weather! The weather forecasts for this week are excellent. The weather has been warm and dry, and this is predicted to continue. Yesterday was a fast day on our food calendar. The 24-hour fast ended at 7 PM. For dinner, we had a salad of baby spinach leaves, sliced (previously grilled) chicken breast, sliced red onion, asparagus (previously grilled), sliced avocado, sliced celery, sliced white mushrooms, and cubed Roma tomatoes. I made a dressing using extra-virgin olive oil, rice wine vinegar, Tony Chachere's More Spice, lime juice, and wasabi paste. It was a delicious meal.
