Born on this Day in History: September 22, 1961 - Scott Baio (1961 - ) New York actor Scott Baio is best known for playing Fonzi's cousin, Chachi Arcola, on the sitcom "Happy Days" (1974), and its spin-off, "Joanie Loves Chachi" (1982). His role on the 1984's "Charles in Charge" further solidified his teen heartthrob status. In 2007, Baio returned to TV in a reality show about his life, called "Scott Baio is 45 and Single."
