Cool weather! Today is significantly cooler than it has been of late. It is forecast to be a mere 90 degrees today and 88 degrees for the next few days. This is certainly cooler than the 110+ days we experienced last week.

Corning's annual Olive Festival takes place this week. This event will certainly benefit from cooler weather.

The photograph is set to appear in the next issue of the Sacramento News & Review—to be available this Thursday in print and online at Sacramento News & Review.
