Mr. Nitro R/T Is Healed - Mr. Nitro R/T became ill earlier this week. He suddenly began spewing oil smoke from his exhaust with abandon. On Wednesday, my automotive technician friend, Rick, quickly diagnosed the issue to have been caused by too much city driving. Upon inspection, he determined Mr. Nitro R/T's PCV valve was clogged. He ordered a new PCV valve, and Mr. Nitro R/T stayed overnight in his automotive repair facility Wednesday evening. In the News - They walk among us! Enjoy - Relax and enjoy these images and videos!
Yesterday, Rick returned Mr. Nitro R/T to me with a stern advisory that Mr. Nitro R/T be driven a minimum of 20 miles at highway speeds weekly. Laura shall take Mr. Nitro R/T to Chico once a week. This will ensure his good health and dependable service.
Other than a very infrequent road trip, Mr. Nitro R/T's travel itinerary is limited to journeying to and from mine office to our nest—a distance of four blocks. Mr. Nitro R/T requires being allowed to stretch his legs and clear his injectors!

Oatmeal muffins are made with the primary ingredient of oatmeal. Additional ingredients may be nearly anything. Most common are raisins, nuts, and chocolate chips.
Oat groats are coarsely ground to make oatmeal, or cut into small pieces to make steel-cut oats, or first steamed and then flattened to make rolled oats. Quick-cooking rolled oats (quick oats) are cut into small pieces before being steamed and rolled. Instant oatmeal is pre-cooked and dried, usually with sweetener and flavoring added.
Both types of rolled oats may be eaten uncooked as in Muesli or may be cooked to make porridge. Both types are also used as an ingredient in oatmeal muffins, oatmeal cookies, and oat cakes. Oatmeal is also sometimes porridge with the bran or fibrous husk as well as the oat kernel or groat. In some countries rolled oats are eaten raw with milk and sugar or raisins. Oatmeal is also used as a thickening agent in soups.

The perfect recipe for nachos includes a huge plate of stacked tortilla chips topped with lots of melted cheese, salsa, sour cream, jalapenos, and guacamole!
Nachos originated in the city of Piedras Negras, Mexico. One night in 1943, the wives of ten U.S. soldiers stationed at Fort Duncan arrived at a restaurant called Victory Club after it had already closed for the evening. Restaurant employee Ignacio "Nacho" Anaya quickly put together what he had left in the kitchen for the women, and called the dish "Nachos Especiales."
Word about this tasty treat quickly spread throughout Mexico and Texas. Anaya went on to open his own nacho restaurant and his original nacho recipe was printed in St. Anne's Cookbook in 1954.
