    Born on this Day in History: February 20, 1966 - Model. Born Cynthia Ann Crawford in DeKalb, Illinois. Beginning in the 1980s and continuing through the 1990s, Cindy Crawford was America's most celebrated fashion model and one of the most famous in the world, embodying the rise of the "super model" as a late-twentieth-century cultural phenomenon.






    On this Day in History: February 20, 1997 - Victor Willis, the "cop" in the Village People is charged in Nevada on drug possession (45 grams of cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and strong armed robbery. The events occurred February 15. Willis, 45, listed his occupation as "unemployed" and generously gave approval for his hotel room to be searched.
